ICELAND · REYKJAVIK
I found a new favorite coffee spot among the city's colorful houses in winter.

The air is crisp as I step onto Laugavegur, the main shopping street. The smell of roasted coffee fills the air, leading me to a small café. A cappuccino costs about 600 ISK, which feels like a bargain for the warmth it brings on this chilly morning.
The colorful houses lining the street are dusted with snow, providing a vivid contrast to the grey sky. As I wander, I catch snippets of conversation in Icelandic, a language that sounds beautifully melodic to my ears. The calm of the city during winter is a refreshing change from the usual hustle.
Three unhurried days, roughly in the order I walked them.
